Story 161DX/P010 Story from 161DX/P010 activity. Sporna Isl is located in west part of my city Bydgoszcz. It was activated by Slawek and me in December 2008.when prop was not too favourable and only some qsos were made.. Due to this fact and possibly access by car- together with Ewa we decided to visit this place again. Now, Sporna Island is totally different that the last time. After rebuilding and revitalization it seems to be much more modern and nice place. New bridges, golf court and angler’s shore make this island quite friendly. All our reguirements were met there nice sunny weather and the propagation as well ? A lot of interesting qsos with european friends and also outside of Europe. It is very nice feeling to hear station from 43 div with rep 5/9++sitting on the island .. woow.. The prop is better and better day by day – and it was worth to wait ? To sum up – we spent great sunny Sunday there. Now the next step ahead of us – us last iwi this year will be F090. See you on freg soon. 73s MaC&EwA return
