Story 161DX/P012 Story from 161DX/P012 activity. Hi iWi hunters, 12th of September – P012 Brdyujscie Duza and P012 Brdyujscie Mala iwi’s, our target for today’s activations. Appointment point before main ( closed) entrance to 1st sluice. Thanks to approval ( in written form ) for entrance after few minutes we were on P012. As always each team member knows very good tasks- Greg antenna specialist, MaC and me, the rest of equipment. After 30 minutes first call and 26NB352 was logged. The weather was beautiful, around 27 degrees and only single cloud on blue sky. During 2 hours around 40 stations logged. Around noon propagation went down and we took decision to change location – from P012 to P012- it was only 50m and Greg with MaC moved antenna without de’assy. Thanks to this quick start was possible. During next 2,5 hours over 30 stations was logged. We agreed our next meeting in following weekends will be from P004 which will be our last iwi from our North Poland Tour. See you next time, thanks for QSO’s.
