161DX/P171 Story. Story from 161DX/P171 activity. Hi All, On 16th of May we started after few months our 1st 2009 iwi activation. Unfortunately after 3 hours with 4 stations in the log additional unexpected tragedy - strong rain. Due this reason activation was continued up to the moment when de-ass'y of our equipment was possible. Very sorry - few stations during phone call or on cluster asked us to change antenna direction - it was absolutely impossible with rain. Sunday, 17th of May, next day on P-171 Grodzka island. Similar story on the beginning but short openings to 47 div where as always the strongest John's station. After 3-4 hours around 15 stations in the log, but during next 5 hours totally 181 stations logged - 20 divisions. It was good decision to start this weekend, unpredictable propagation, first time so fantastic pile up.
