Story 161DX/P172 This activation consisted of only 2 operators, Mac and me ( Greg due the reason of planned holiday spent time at work ). Ptasia P172 is small island 20x180 meters on Brda river in our city Bydgoszcz. We started around 6:35, little early for opening but after 1 hour of CQ DX at 7:24 Merry 079 was logged. During over 10 hours of activation 49 stations logged from 9 divisions, not so bad if you take into consideration that only mobile antenna was used. Both direction on road was parking forbidden but it was our risk - very heavy traffic - 4-5 cars per hour, and thanks this activation was possible. Good new for iwi hunters, we discovered another small iwi in this area. Will be necessary to notify in Wlodek's data base and it will be our target, maybe for this year.
