Story 26DX/EU005/TTI Story from 26DX/EU005/TTI activity held during July 2007. Hello DXers Just a short summary of todays events. This morning I went to Northey Island 1 hour before predicted High tide On arrival the road was already covered by the water so I could not cross, after speaking to the caretaker of the island I believe this was caused by recent bad weather here in England. However, I will try to go back there again sometime soon. Secondly I went to Two Tree Island, this is easily accesible over a bridge with plenty of space to set up antennas First of all I set up the 4 element yagi but it was to windy, I then tried the Skypper but it was too windy for that also. After 7 hours waiting for propagation only 2 stations in the log - 47DX101, 26AT093. I'll try again soon sometime for both islands.
