Team arrives in 307 division. This is what the road network looks like on the Kuronian Spit, all narrow roads… high speeds, dangerous! Narrow vegetation surrounds the road.. Our first QTH, on the side of the road.
GPS showing the location of first QTH. 139 working the pile... FT-857 with Sirio mobile antenna and HC-4 microphone + OBP speech processor used. Looking for a hotel, we found this nice place in the middle of the woods...
Casa excellente, only 400 rubels. Not 5-star but certainly better than sleeping in the car :-) Second QTH, close to Casa Excellente. GPS proof of QTH 2. 116 on the air everywhere...
