Story 310DX/LI Story from 310DX/LI activity. Hi IOTA hunters, Big event like Original Island Festival it means that we ( 161DX037 Greg and myself ) can not stay at home.Our choice for this year is Estonia with EU-178 Manilaid island – new one on 11mts band. To achieve our target we decided to activate two islands in Latvia 310DX/LI & 310DX/ZI. We had to start day earlier – early morning. As we planned we did. I started trip from my home city before 6:00am, after 1 hour we continued trip together with Greg- 2 cars fully loaded with cables, antennas, power generator, petrol etc. 311DX / ZI Zakusala Island 311DX / LI Lucavsala Island Because propagation was not so bad we transmitted up to early night and due this reason we had to spend night inside our cars. On Lucavsala only 20 stations logged, on Zakusala 37 stations- big surprise because Brazilian station worked us on this island. With ZI & LI done, we continued our journey to Estonia. return
