Story 310DX/DI . Story from 310DX/DI activity. I left Apple island on 19.07.2009 in the morning. I was going to Latvia for 310DX/DI After I have arrived there it was sudden weather brake down, heavy rain and storm. At this point I thought that there will be no chance for activation. After 3 hours however the weather calm down enough for me to spread the antenna and radio. After that I could start activation from the island. First station logged was 1RB73. After the storm propagation was so good that I have registered 145 stations in 3,5 h. At night time however propagation was dead. First station logged on 20.07.2009 was 20WM101. This day was also extremely effective as I ended it with 270 qso. After 2 successful activation I have decided to go to Estonia to continue it. 73’s from 161DX037 Greg return
